Insomnia Cure


Hi guys, how are you today? I hope that you’re doing great!

A couple of days ago, I’ve read a travel magazine and one of the article really catch my eyes. The article is about people who face a problem to sleep, or known as Insomnia. I do have that problem too, but now no more.

Here are some tips or technique that could actually helps people with this disease…GET MORE SLEEP

Experts have deduced that the most effective long term strategy for overcoming insomnia is to adjust our bodies to the natural rhythm of darkness and light. Here’s what you can do on a day to day basis to enhance your sleep.


Day – Get at least half an hour of regular exposure to natural sunlight a day (Don’t forget to apply sunblock) – But I don’t! Hehehe… - and take five minutes breaks throughout the day to focus on your breathing or simply concentrate on looking at your hands or feet.


Evening – Dim the lights an hour earlier than your intended bedtime, take a warm bath and listen to calming music.



Night –remove anything that may disturb your sleep – glowing indicator lights, ticking of the alarm clock to keep bedroom dark ad noise-free.

tak faham la... bole tak explain more informative sikit? saya pun mengalami nye jugak. n i hates dis thing. because of insomia, i can't even sharply masuk keje. selalu lewat. please222 explain more!!!!!!!!
