World's Largest Miniature Airport

This is the biggest Reason For Me To Germany!

This is apart of me... I love aviation so much! Everyone knows!
I received this article via email from my aunt, and I would like so share with you some of the photos but not all... hehehe...

and here goes some basic info that you need to know:

Miniatur Wunderland also home to the world's largest model railway landscape

the model airport is based on Hamburg's Fuhlsbuttel International Airport. The construction of this miniature includes a whopping list of accessories:
  • 40 planes
  • 40 000 lights
  • 15 000 figurines
  • 500 cars
  • 10 000 trees
  • 50 trains
  • 1 000 wagons
  • 100 signals
  • 200 switches
  • 300 buildings
the display took 7 years and roughly $4.8 million to build
